I am so thankful to still have work amongst the COVID-19 situation. But with the current environment, it appears there are many, many entrepreneurial opportunities! One such in North East Victoria is the ten week Sister School Business Education Program.
Sister School is a ten-week business education program that provides the practical knowledge and support needed to start or grow your business. Whether you have an idea, too many ideas, an existing business or an early stage business, Sister School is for you!
I would love to sign up and check it out but have too much on currently. I have just finished Grace Lever’s free Five Day Challenge and am working on turning my Wealthy Christians ebook into a course. July is Camp Nano and I have also just finished Free Rein #10. I am working on another book over July also.
And then next week I am doing another free challenge – Amazon Ad Challenge Schedule & Prize Giveaway. July is busy but I love all these chances to learn new skills!

But back to the education program this post is about. It’s aimed at helping women turn a business idea into a business.
So how to contextualise this to horses? There are so many careers that can relate back to horses! And many of these I believe could be set up as a small business:
- equine writer – author of fiction or non fiction; journalism, blogs, articles, etc
- horse photographer
- equine related artist
- social media marketing / website design for horse businesses
- graphic design
In the midst of this climate where many have lost work and been made redundant, maybe the above program is just what you need. And if not, perhaps you may know of someone who could benefit from it? Be sure to spread the word.
